You Love Them More Than Anything. But Right Now, You're Not Sure How to Help.

Whether your teen is struggling to find themselves or your college student is quietly falling apart under pressure — you don't have to figure this out alone either.

Hi, Parents. This one's for you.

Life coaching wasn't really a thing when we were growing up — but I wish it had been. Because the tools I've learned as an adult through coaching? I wish someone had handed them to me at 16.

Or at 20, sitting in a dorm room wondering if I was doing everything wrong.

I've invested in coaching as an adult and it has been one of the most transformative decisions of my life. It pushed me to challenge my thoughts, communicate without ego, identify my passions, set real boundaries, and show up as the person I actually wanted to be.

That's what I want to give your child — whatever age they are.

A head start. A safe space. A guide who meets them exactly where they are.

Let me be part of your village.

Here's what I know about the young people you're raising.

As a school nurse, a certified life coach, and a mom of three (ages 17, 19, and 21), I work alongside teens and young adults every single day. I see the ones who seem fine on the outside but are silently struggling. I see the high achievers who are exhausted. The college students who call home anxious and overwhelmed. The teenagers who have stopped talking.

I also see what happens when they finally get a space that's fully theirs — no judgment, no agenda, no one trying to fix them.

They open up. They grow. And your relationship with them gets better too.

Parent Pop In Sessions

an easy and fast way to gain support on a specific topic or concern about your teen or your college student.

This is not a generalized talk. It's a focused, 15–30 minute conversation specifically about you and your child.

Whether your teenager has completely shut down, or your college student is calling you every week in tears, you deserve a space to process what's happening and get real, practical guidance on how to move forward.

Together we'll work through:

  • What's actually going on beneath the surface

  • How to approach the conversation without pushing them further away

  • A path forward that strengthens your relationship AND respects who they're becoming

This session is for you if:

  • Your teen won't open up and you don't know how to reach them

  • Your college student seems anxious, burned out, or lost — and you feel helpless

  • You keep saying the wrong thing, even when you're trying to help

  • You want to support them without taking over
