anxiety for real

I am super passionate about teaching and helping teens who are tired of feeling anxious to move forward once and for all.  I believe we have the power to meet any challenge, find greater peace, and build on essential life skills, and most importantly, manage our minds.

Schools, sports clubs, and other activities often do not have the time and/or training to help with mental wellness which is essential for us to live a happy, healthy, and fulfilled life.

In my 8-week Anxiety for REAL teen group coaching series we get REAL about what anxiety is, why it is with us, and that we have the capability to manage it.  We were just never taught how!!

Your teen is not alone but having anxiety can feel lonely and isolating.  This series is a place to come together, build connections with other teens, and know that others are experiencing similar feelings and situations.

This series is for your teen

  • If they feel anxious and not sure why.

  • If they wake up anxious in the morning and do not know how to stop feeling that way.

  • If their heart starts to race and feel like they are going to freeze when they  walk into a class or social setting.

  • If they feel super nervous if they do not interact in class or in activities.

  • On test day they feel like they forgot everything they learned and their mind freezes.

  • They never feel prepared enough for a test or quiz.

  •  Prior to and during a sports game they put pressure on themselves to be perfect.

  • Overwhelmed with what others think of them.

It is time for your teen to feel empowered and learn about why they are experiencing it and what they can do about it!  The power is within them!

This group coaching series will be one-hour on Wednesdays via zoom with access to re-plays, worksheets and email support during the 8-week series.

Having your teen overcome anxiety now is a gift for their present and future self.  It is a lifelong present that you can give to your teen.
